Hot air balloon flights
in Lithuania

Vilnius is one of the city in which you can fly by hot air balloon. So take the opportunity, away the fear (if there is), and enjoy a fly over the city. It takes about 2 hours, the pilot was very expert and gave us all the necessary instructions about the flight. The view from high was amazing and the world looks like a picture.(we were lucky because the weather was perfect.)

Took the balloon ride on a Tuesday evening. Our basket had 10 passengers plus the pilot. Our pilot was very good with 10 years experience, and took great care to make sure we had a safe flight. My only regret was that we were too high when we floated over the old town. We were about 700 meters above the ground due to, what I was told was regulations when passing over the government buildings. After passing the town we dropped to a lower elevation allowing us to enjoy the farm lands and forests. Kestutis our pilot made an excellent soft landing next to a dirt road and after they packed up the equipment we had a champagne toast and fun celebration with an interesting short history lesson in ballooning.

My friends and I took at trip over Vilnius with the Ballooning Centre Lithuania and the guys were great. We had a lovely trip over the city for about an hour and then they performed a really nice ceremony afterwards with sparkling wine to celebrate our trip. Our pilot Giedrius did a great job of explaining everything to the group and showing us what we needed to do. Thank you!

Great flight over Trakai and its lakes during sunrise. The flight lasts 1h! Great crew, pilot and experience from beggining to end. I highly recommend hot air ballooning if you are looking for an original activity to offer a loved one or if you're looking for a nice day out! Very friendly people! :)
