Although hot air balloon flights in Lithuania use to fly generally in warm season (April – October), sometimes we fly in autumn and winter. Surely, it is a little bit colder, winter days are shorter, but hot air balloon flights in winter are pretty exotic and nice. Furthermore, you don’t need to get up so early as in summer. Balloons may fly all the day, starting at 9.00 AM and landing at 4.00 PM.

For a pleasant hot air balloon ride we need a sunny day, good visibility and calm wind. This often happens in January and February, specially during annual hot air balloon fiesta “Air Circus”. Snowdrifts always add more beauty to winter flight and cars sticked in the snow cause more exotics and adventures.

Ballooning Centre is going to fly every weekend in winter time if weather permits. You are welcome to fly with your family or friends.
